Christmas Delivery & Closing Information
In order to receive your delivery by Christmas please complete your order by 5pm on Wed 20 Dec 2023.
Orders placed on 21 and 22 Dec will be processed and dispatched prior to Christmas however, you may experience delays in delivery service. Orders placed 23 Dec onwards will be processed and dispatched between 27-29 Dec.
Our Hardware Business Account Managers, Finance and Customer Services will be operational over the festive period to support your needs.

Below are the cut-off and delivery times for the bank holiday Easter weekend.
*Some orders eligible for Parcel DPD will be processed and shipped on Sunday 31 March, excluding pallet orders.
Due to the high volume of courier deliveries during this period, the information stated above is for guidance only and can’t be guaranteed by Flavour Warehouse. Delivery dates may also vary dependent on location.
Please place orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Our Customer Service and Finance teams will be here to help with any queries, (except on ‘closed’ days stated above). Please speak with your dedicated Sales Manager for their availability during the holiday period.
DHL Economy and Express is used to ship our parcel volume products overseas. Our couriers adhere to ADR rules and guidelines as well as IATA Dangerous Goods Transportation regulations. Ensuring this standard allows us to ship volume internationally where we aim to deliver into mainland Europe within 3-5 working days.
DPD is our main UK courier partner when delivering parcel volume. If an order is placed and paid for by 3pm we aim to deliver the next working day.
Royal Mail / Parcel Force can be the best option for those none mainland UK. We offer both a 24 hour and 48 hour delivery option, however this can change depending upon on location.
Fagan & Whalley is our preferred national courier partner when delivering pallets to the mainland UK. We offer a 48 hour delivery option, we also provide a 24 hour delivery service for premium customers.
Europa Worldwide are our preferred international courier partner when delivering pallet orders to the EU. We aim to deliver into mainland Europe within 3-5 working days. To get a more accurate delivery time you can contact us with you specific location.
Further Information
Outside of the EU, we work with several courier service partners to fulfil orders outside of the EU. Many countries have their own rules & regulations regarding the delivery of products, Flavour Warehouse comply with these rules & regulations where possible. If you feel these rules & regulations may affect you, please contact us for clarification.
Delivery times and costs vary per customer and transaction. We can provide quotes for transporting via road, sea or air taking into account customer requirements.

We have limited volume delivery options for items classified as dangerous goods.
There is an additional handling fee for dangerous goods depending upon their volume.
